Visual acuity: 20/20 RE; 20/200 LE. He complains of metamorphosia at left eye. Subretinal hemorrhage resulting from choroidal neovascular membrane at LE. Fundus photograph showing branching lines radiating from the optic nerve interconnected by circular ring. The fundus have areas of yellow mottling typical of pseudoxanthoma elasticum.
