Ultra-widefield photograph magnification, in an 88-year-old male patient, showing a high density of asteroid hyalosis bodies in the bottom half of the vitreous cavity. Visual axis is clear enabling good visual acuity. Vision becomes impaired only when asteroid bodies occupy this area, due to intraocular dynamics. It shows the retina without significant clinical findings.
