Myopic Foveoschisis unilateral. The 71-year-old patient complained of progressive vision loss. VA: 20/32c RE; 20/32c LE. IOP 15mmHg RE e 12mmHg LE.

Eight months after cataract and macular schisis surgery (phacoemulsification with IOL implantation; vitrectomy via pars plana and maculorrhexis of the ILM). BCVA: 20/22 RE; 20/28 LE.IOP 12mmHg RE e 8mmHg LE.
