Fundus photograph of ocular toxoplasmosis in a 57-years-old male patient. There is a large macular scar secondary to congenital toxoplasmosis with typical clinical features of inactivity. The scar has heavily pigmented margins and is white centrally. The inactive scar shows white sclera and proliferation of the retinal pigment epithelium.
