Fundus photograph of Stargardt disease in a 9-year-old female. The optic disc and the retinal vessels have a normal appearance. The macular area show abnormal sheen and fine granular deposits. Well-defined yellowish deposits, some with “fish-tail” morphology, are visible inside and outside of arcades.
